Hello, my name is Charles Chong, and I am the Head Executive Chef and
Catering by Charlie and Associates. I am proud to be a member in good standing
of both the Chef de Cuisine
Association of California and The American Culinary
Federation for the past sixteen years. I specialize in various
forms of catering and
my culinary "creations" are well known. These creations include menus, special
sauces, a wide variety of Hors D'oeuvres platters, and exotic BBQ dishes.

side dishes and the custom vegetable
sculpture table decorations are renowned in
Santa Clarita. People have applauded my exquisite service and professionalism
